B&B Commercial Services LLC ("B&B," "we," "us") operates choosebagosy.com. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this marketing site only, not our internal field-operations systems, which subcontractors and clients access separately.
The only information we collect through this site is what you submit through our contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, role (general contractor or property manager), and whatever project or property details you include in your message. We do not have user accounts, a checkout, or any other way to submit information on this site.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, build a scope and pricing, and keep a record of the conversation for our own business purposes. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
If you request a sample closeout package or field observation report, we'll send it to the email you provide. That's the only marketing-adjacent use of your information on this site, and it only happens if you check that box.
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site, each of which processes limited data on our behalf:
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain accurate business records, typically for the life of the relationship, plus a reasonable period after. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; see below.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Service@choosebagosy.com. If you're a California resident or otherwise covered by a state privacy law, those same requests are how we'll honor your rights under it. We're a small business handling a small volume of contact-form data, so we don't have (or need) an automated rights-request system; email works.
This site is a B2B site for general contractors and commercial property managers. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we start using analytics, add new third-party tools, or change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
